Payment
E-transfer is the primary preferred payment method.
Please send payment immediately after each session to

Credit payment is available if e-transfer does not work.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a session, 48 hours notice is required.
If notice is not received, you will be responsible for the full payment of the session.
Consideration will be given in the event of emergency circumstances.
Insurance Plans
Direct billing is now available for Pacific Blue Cross insurance plans.
Direct billing for all other insurance plans are not available at this time.

Many service providers will cover all or a portion of the cost for Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) under their extended benefits plans.
Please contact your service provider to determine what type of coverage might be available.
If you are covered for services you will still be required to pay for each session and then be reimbursed by your insurance company.
